A cheery hello and and a warm atmosphere is your welcome to this convenient, multifaceted quilt store! No matter how busy this quaint store located on the square in Carrollton, a visitor will always be greeted by a friendly hello from one or more of the staff members or the owner. Need to mail a letter or package - there is a US post office located inside the store. Fabric for quilting (beginner to the most experienced) just look around they have a wide variety of books, fabrics, threads and best of all the classes where their staff entices the quilters to create a new heirloom. Embroidery more your style, they can help you with that as well. The buys club is a way to save for frequent shoppers and their year end sales can't be beat. Their staff is always willing to help with fabric selection or to allow you to browse to your heart's content. Once the new green line for DART goes through in October, this superb shop will be more accessible to even more quilters and crafters across the metroplex. Come on down to the square, shop at the unique shops, have lunch at one of the several great restaurants and be sure to stop in The Old Craft Store for a dose of old fashioned helpfulness. You won't be sorry!
