On a lark several weeks ago, I inquired about a Mini Cooper I'd noticed online. I wasn't seriously considering buying a vehicle at this time. After some initial reluctance (and concern about dealing with high pressured sales tactics), Andrea and I began communicating about available Mini Coopers. She answered every question very efficiently with a good dose of genuine kindness. By the time I drove to the dealership yesterday to try out the one I'd chosen, Andrea had everything in order, from minor touch-ups to financing. It was the most pleasant experience I've had buying an automobile. I love my Mini Cooper!
