Review content:
First of all they were late in showing up to my house to check out my 50"" plasma. Then they took with to check it out and make repairs, with a promise to call the next day with an update. NO call. That was last week, well as of today I still have NOT gotten a call back from any one at this freak'n store regarding my tv. They truely SUCK and I will never send any eletronic to get fixed there. THANKS to SAM's which contracts their work to these dumB&$$.
