Businiess name:  Ghertner & Co

Review content:
My husband and I were not even in our home a month and received a non compliance letter concerning our satellite dish. According to Ghertner, it was in the front yard-when actually it was on the side toward the backyard. There are PLENTY of other homes with their dishes on the roof of their houses!! OK no problem-we moved it back. Now there are a few neighbors who keep their cars parked on the street all day/all night and on the corner curb. Other cars can barely drive down the street. I was told by Henry at Ghertner that since the street is ""public property"" there is really nothing that can be done. Rules are rules policy is policy-if I have to follow them then others should too. This company sucks! Stay away! Cons: refuse to uphold policy
