I can't give a negative rating?How about a -10.They sue me for 30.00 and my neighbor has not paid dues in 20 years and he never mows the grass. The back yard is as tall as I am. They don't even know he exist. These people are thieves. Pay me 10.00 a month x 200 homes and I will mow the grass. And oh I almost forgot I will plant 10 plants at the entrance. Give me a break. Where's the news crews?
