Review content:
I bought a pre-paid service as a surprise gift for someone. Afterwards, I was told they would never go there - ever! I canceled the appointment days ahead of time and tried to get a refund. Nope, the owner called me and told me that he does not do refunds although he would give me store credit. I know to some people $100 isn't much - but for a college student, well it is. Needless to say I went to his salon to look at his ""refund policy"" only to find it soly on the counter. Well that's why I didn't see it the first time I came in - it was hidden by the papers the receptionist handed to me to fill out. I left crying so much that my boss told me to take the day off. So be sure you want the service / stuff before you pay anything.
