Let me start by saying the food and waitstaff was EXCELLENT! The only problem I had was when I went to pay. Our bill was $44.26, I gave her $60.26. Someone (not our server) came by and picked up the bill and never came back. No receipt...nothing - just assumed that I was leaving the $16.00 change as a tip. I thought this was rude and insulting. Not that I'm a cheap tipper...I was planning on leaving $10 which is more that 20%. I guess it wouldn't have been even that bad but when I went up to get my change...I was stared at rudely that I wanted my change. When she gave me my change...it was totally incorrect. I tried to explain to her that I gave her $60.26 and my change should be $16.00 but she insisted what she handed me was my change. She was extremely rude and frankly I was astonished that I would be treated that way for just wanting my change?? The server was excellent so I still left the $10 but that really made me mad...ruined the experience.
Pros: Excellent food and waitstaff
Cons: Manager can't give change...don't pay by cash...use only credit cards.
