What to say about this place. My mother has been going here every week for years now, and this week we have decided to have nothing more to do with this company. My mom dropped off the curtains my grandmother made for her, to have them cleaned. She did not sign a waiver, and when the owner accepted them, she said that they may shrink some. My mother said this was fine, since the curtains bunched up on the floor about 8 inches anyway, and she was going to hem them. I kid you not, we got the curtains back, and they are 4 inches off the ground, they were dripping wet when we got them back, they smell like a wet dog, and they have faded significantly. The liner hangs out about an inch below the fabric now. We were originally told by the owners wife that we could have a store credit once we found out how much the curtains cost. When we spoke to the owner, he screamed at my mother, told her we were not getting any money back, and that he didn't care about losing our business. He made an awful comment about my grandfather dying this past week, and how he couldn't care less. My mother told him that she was going to tell all of her friends not to come to his store anymore, and he told her, ""They'll just laugh in your face- they won't believe you."" Do not go to this store. They ruin items, are dishonest, and while they may seem nice at first, they will show their true colors if you ever have a problem with their service.
Pros: Cheap, and seem nice.
Cons: Dishonest, lying, rude, and will ruin your clothing.
