I saw the two glowing reviews for Joe, owner of Just Right, and decided to give him a try. I needed the seals on my dryer replaced. I had called sears and told them to send the correct seals with the repairman but when the repairman called to say he was on the way I asked if he had my seals and he said no. He also said it would cost close to $300 for the seals and labor to replace them. His quote for the two seals was much more expensive than even the sears parts direct price. I told him to not bother coming out. I then called Joe. He was very friendly and we discussed the problem. He knew exactly what was wrong, how to fix it, and gave me a price quote of $150 including parts and labor. He offered to come out the same day but it wasn't an emergency so we scheduled it for two days later. He was early (!), quick, and explained why the problem occurred and tips on how to prevent it in the future. He also cleaned around the drum when he took the old seals off and vacuumed out the insides at no charge. Overall a great experience. Joe works on all appliances and I will call him again! Highly recommend!
