Good selection of items, but their communication and customer service leaves much to be desired. A word of warning - do not sign up for any of their classes. I signed up for three. The first one they canceled on me a few days before the class. Since I was the only one who signed up, of course they couldn't teach me (or better yet set the course rate at a price they could accept if only one person signs up). I was only able to get a partial refund on all the supplies I bought (sewing class, so it was a lot). The second one was mediocre. $40 for a knitting 102 class where the ""instructor"" didn't teach much. The very simple pattern could be explained in a matter of minutes, but instead took three hours to go over, didn't listen, couldn't answer any of my basic questions (how to calculate guage, etc.), spent most of the class either chatting about her life or paying more attention to her own knitting than ours, and tried to sell us her weeks long knitting course at the end. The third one the teacher canceled without letting anyone know about it. I was able to get a full refund after almost an hour. Finally, I signed up for a gingerbread decorating contest. The flyer told me the times and to see a team member for details. It also said it was sponsored by Wilton. The guest services didn't know anything about the contest, but took my details and said they would call me with everything I need to know. They didn't. When I got to the store, there was a sign on the door which was just a blown up version of the flyer. When I went to the table inside, however, there was a sign saying contestants need to bring ""supplies and an undecorated gingerbread item"". This is 1) not what sponsored by means and 2) pretty important information which should have been made clear upfront. Not to worry, though, the store was offering one whole dollar off the kits (supplies sold separately, of course). Needless to say, I'm done with this store. They do run regular sales, but you can get almost everything they sell at Michaels', Hobby Lobby and other stores for a similar and sometimes lower price. They do have a larger selection of fabric than most, but you can get that elsewhere, too. It is just not worth the aggravation anymore.
