I PURCHASE A USED STOVE AND THE SALESMAN TOLD ME THEY HAD ONE THING TO REPLACE AND I COULD GET IT THE NEXT DAY @ NOON HOWEVER AROUND 12:45 NO STOVE SO I CALLED THE STORE ONLY TO GET THE ANSWERING MACHINE ,IT WAS THE NEXT DAY WHEN I HEARD FROM THE OWNER AND HE EXPLAIN THAT THE STOVE I PICKED WASN'T WORKING PROPERLY AND THAT I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK BUT ONCE I WENT TO GET MY MONEY BACK HE GAVE ME SUCH A HARD TIME THEY WOULDN'T RETURN ANY OF MY CALLS IT TOOK ME 2 WEEKS TO GET MY MONEY BACK............. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN
