I have been ordering from them for over 2 years. Lately the experience is getting really bad. Today I placed an order online like I always do. And here I sit nearly an hour later with NO FOOD, NO PHONE CALL AND NOBODY IS ANSWERING THE PHONE OR EMAIL. I have never been more disappointed!!! The last couple orders were late and one had cold food. When I called to complain, the manager said ""Did you get your food?"" I said ""Yes"" He Said ""Ok then"" and hung up. I keep trying them cause I love the options and convenience. But damn....I'm starving right now and now I have to leave work to go buy lunch cause these people are not answering or calling me. This is end of this long relationship. I QUIT YOU EZDINEINN!!! And change your damn name too!!!
