I think it's about time I convey my thanks to Paula and her team, for all the good work they have done and continue to provide to us. Thanks Paula for making our refinance so smooth and helping us with putting Castle Court in order. Your services are greatly appreciated.
To all complainers - I've been living in Bay Ridge for 19 years and experienced my share of management companies - I can tell you this - Jalen is far from ""the worst""! Whenever there was an important issue or problem, Jalen was always there for us. People sometimes forget that co-op is a business with shareholders not their little house on the prairie, where individual takes president over the group. I'm not saying that I don't wish their response time could be better when I have an individual issue, but I'm also realistic about it.
