I dealt with this company when my parents' home got flooded. They were referred by our plumber; and the person that answered the phone was professional & told us they would send someone in ""60 to 90 minutes"". The worker came in 45 minutes, which was really appreciated since my parents, who are in their 70's, were very stressed out from the flood. Their water damage technician, Steve, took care of the problem, came back daily to check on things & worked around my schedule. When he finished, everything was back to normal. Our insurance took care of their bill and we just paid them the deductible. I'm just really glad that they took care of us. One bit of advice if you ever get flooded: Always ask tons of questions, take notes and take lots of pictures for your insurance.
