I know their service dept. is always good, provide excellent service. However, their internet sales person is very cunning and deceiving. Promised me to beat any price from any dealership, even confirmed in writing, and then end up he will say their price is invalid and refuse to beat. Happened to me twice, once in 2010, and then 2012.
