Fisher Painting LLC is absolutely unreliable, no-class and disrespectful- why do you do the business?
Last year we called five local painting contractors about 3 weeks prior to our family re-union. We wanted re-stain our deck before the re-union. One of contractors was Fisher Painting LLC. Fisher Painting sure put on a good pitch, too bad, it was all a lie.
We agreed with the Fisher Painting quoted price without any re-negotiation, even we knew it was too much for the amount of work needed to complete; especially after all we do the all sanding work. However it was very important for us getting the deck staining job done with good quality in a timely and efficient manner, which Fisher Painting promised.
The Saturday morning (a week before the re-union) when the Mr. Fisher supposes to start the work, he did not show up-no calls. So my husband and I are both called and left messages asking him if he was OK and coming to start the staining work. He has ignored all our messages, until we called and left a final message informing him about filing a complaint about his business with the BBB. As soon as we left that message, he has called back and left a message: ?This is JF, sorry I missed your call, because I was power washing a new project we have just started. Please call again, we can re-negotiate the deal?? What re-negotiating the deal? What power washing the new project just started? Didn?t you suppose to work on our deck on that very morning? If you have no respect on your words, your business and your clients-why do run a business?
Thinking back, we should not have trusted him. In the past Fisher Painting has washed its equipments using our water on our yard while working on neighbor?s house (which our security camera had recorded the whole thing-that is how we knew for sure who did it.) In the past, he had also brought his girlfriend while he was working on our very deck he supposes to work on that Saturday. Back then we were just moved in our new house and did not yet installed any blinds and drapes, so it was very was awkward to us and disrespectful of him bringing his girlfriend on our deck without our permission and letting her to sit/chat with him facing our main living, dining and kitchen French doors. Of course he had never apologized to us.
Knowing he has been disrespectful towards us in the past, giving him another chance was just foolish and naive of us. We can't change the past, but now we are am not afraid of saying the truth about this business, because we have the camera recording and tapes to prove what I wrote here. I wouldn't absolutely recommend the Fisher Painting LLC to anyone who has expectations of decent quality work in a timely and efficient manner for their hard earned money.
