I own a small packaging company here in Louisville. We were using Advanced Business Solutions but they were getting too expensive and weren't meeting my needs. Bit By Bit goes above and beyond in what they do and are the most knowledgeable people I have come across. They now manage our servers, do our general IT support, and fix any problems that come along. Business owners, you may like your current ""tech"" guy, but I would say to at least give Bit By Bit one chance to prove their worth. It will save you time and money like it did my company.
