Review content:
The place has a lot of hidden charges. Plus the owner and the party helper were very unprofessional. Their oven was broken on the day of the party. This was very understandable. But the owner (Flor i think) would not make any attempts to order food from outside and also when I told her I had 15 hungry kids waiting and I needed food fast, she was very reluctant to order out pizzas and tried to be cheap by ordering double sliced pizzas for the kids.They try to cut cost everywhere (like promising the birthday child a goodie bag but not giving one, using the customer bought paper goods instead of the ones they are supposed to provide.) and it shows. The whole affair was very unpleasant. Definitely would not recommend this place.
