Jeff is my knight in shining armor. Being a woman it is scary to go into a repair shop for fear of being taken advantage of. Jeff was fair and detail oriented. He made sure the price was what he quoted and he was done on time. I have had another mishap with keys and electrical problems. Jeff is arranging for the tow, keys being made and programmed along with looking at the electrical problem. He also told me about a leak that the dealership wanted to fix that wasn't an issue saving me some money and time. He and Dana are awesome! I would recommend him to anyone in or around the Raymore area.
