THE WORST TRANSPORTATION COMPANY! If I could give negative stars, I would have selected that. PLEASE BE WARNED that this company is not professional. They are irresponsible, non-responsive, and rude. They were the closest thing to ruining my wedding. My wedding guests were supposed to be shuttled in from a parking lot to a wedding site. Guess what? The didn't perform their services because all of their drivers showed up late, after the ceremony. And, they still refuse to pay me back for the fees although they completely missed the boat. They claim that their was a lot of traffic that day and their drivers were lost, but all the other guests apparently were able to make it to the wedding, but not them. My own guests started substituting in as drivers to shuttle guests back and forth. They are a transportation company too, so aren't they supposed to know how to get to places? I got a lot of compliments about other aspects of my wedding, but it just pains me to hear when people say ""you had a great wedding, but what happened with that shuttle driver?"" I completely regret hiring this company. I still have yet to receive any apology from them as they do not want to admit any fault, because they want to keep my money. This is not a company that should be in the wedding business, when so much is invested on a special day as this company cannot be relied on.
