My husband went out of his way to order a dozen sterling roses for Valentine's Day. The flowers were wilted and some even broken. I called very calm and pleasant because I know from working in the service business how days like this can be hectic. To which I received the rudest response twice ""all I can say is that it was fine when it left here."" The person wasn't even interested in what was wrong, I was shocked with how rude she was. I was told to the original arrangement would be picked up and replaced with a new one. Today a new arrangement was brought to my work and they left before I could even make it to the front desk. Where I found an arrangement that wasn't even the same arrangement!! You can't replace sterling roses with red roses they aren't even similar! They didn't even bother to call in a good customer service fashion to explain they just dropped of an incorrect arrangement in place of the bad one and quickly left. The new arrangement had two wilted roses in it too. I have been lucky to have a husband that sends me flowers a few times a year and NEVER had a problem but I have also never used this florist. I will never use them again! If they had just been nice and not rude it wouldn't have been an issue. It is sad that my husband paid for such an expensive arrangement only to get not just one bad arrangement but two and the second wasn't even what was ordered and paid for.
