Review content:
I was contacted when I had won free save-the-dates at a bridal fair. My first appointment was quite pleasant, but it was all down-hill from there. The save-the-dates that I won (which generally connotes 'free') ended up costing me more than $75, and I chose from the inexpensive end of their selection. No one was ever clear about the cost of the save-the-dates and the customer service was horrible. At each encounter, I found I was being charged more and more money, and they did little to accommodate my questions. I left the experience feeling frustrated and ripped off! I never intended to spend money on save-the-dates and wish I had not taken them up on my 'winnings.' I definitely do not recommend Emerson Martin. Pros: Wide variety to choose from... Cons: Expensive and difficult!
