HORRIBLEE company, and some of the most blaitant liars I have ever encountered! I booked them a year and a half before my wedding to ensure the most quality photographers they had to chosoe from and best price. What a mistake. Our actual photographer Madeline (their photographers are independent contractors, hired on job by job) ended up being wonderful. Despite that we were given a top 3 list to look through photographers and rank our top 3 and guranteed to get one. They told us that by booking so early we would basically gurantee any photographer we want still and they would send us the available ones. I sent them my choices that same night, and 7 months later, they message me to tell me that my #1 & #2 choice were not available, they were already booked (they have a $75 fee you can pay extra to gurantee your #1 choice if they are available, but we were told booking so early we should not have to do so, we'd be fine, so apparently you are just paying $75 to take someone elses photographer). But the company, I just can't express what disappointing liars they were. After signing a contract with them (including the address) they Google mapped our location (near Starved Rock) and said they would not have to charge the over 2hr travel fee, a DAY and a half before my wedding, after having already paid them in full, spoke with my photographer and confirmed everything with them they called me and said that I would need to BRING them a check for $100 for a travel fee or they would not be able to send my photographer. After trying to calmly explain they must be mistaken, I already paid in full and confirmed all locations and charges, she simply said that I needed to pay it if I wanted my photographer to show up. After then becoming (understandably irate) she says well let me see what we can do she comes back and tells me ok she talked to her boss and straightened it out, they will make an exception and let me pay by credit card over the phone since I was an hour and a half away?! Of course I ended up having to just take it and pay the fee. They have now done this again with my wedding album, they gave me a final deadline to have my picture selections in by so that I would not be charged an extension fee or pay the difference of a new year's pricing, so I sent them the pictures on the day as said, and after sending them, was then told they pulled all the pictures and would send it for production as soon as I pay them a $25 extension fee?! I was married in June of 2011 and am STILL getting hit with ""included"" charges that were NOT part of my contract in order to get what I ALREADY paid for. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
