This was the last straw. I brought in a very nice coat to be cleaned and they heat damaged it and will not take responsibility. If you look at the Boston Citysearch reviews of Zoots you'll notice that this is a consistent pattern; damaging or losing clothes and then not taking responsibility. Also, they're whole positioning as being ""green"" is a fraud. When I brought my plastic bags and hangers into the store the guy working there told me not to bother since he just threw them away since all that stuff piled up and no one ever came to pick it up. BTW, they've lost some of my clothes. too. I'm missing two pairs of slacks and a few dress shirts. In summary, Zoots is a terrible service provider who presents as being very service focused and caring. Don't be fooled by this as they really don't care about their customers or have any interest in retaining them.
Cons: high price, poor service, false advertising
