As a property owner, I trusted this company to provide property management for me. During the period they were under contract I had multiple problems with Wanda (and her husband) managing the property. They did not advertise for rental when needed, did not respond to the tenants for repairs, did not deposit rents in a timely manner, nor did they answer phones or emails from myself or tenants. I believe other questionable behavior was going on, but will keep this message simple. This is not the company for you if honesty is what you seek. I expected them to do the job they promised!! For any prospective renter or owner, take a word from the wise... find another company to do your business with. I did not want to give this rating as a one star, but I had to mark it in order to publish this reveiew. This company STINKS AND CAN NOT be trusted!!!!!
