I would give Lobos Management 2 1/2 stars if it was possible on City Search. My roommate and I rented a duplex on Tilbury Avenue in Squirrel Hill last year. Most of our maintenance problems were fixed, but only after placing several calls to the Lobos office and our leasing agent J_____. After we moved out, we did get our entire security deposit back, but it wasn't easy. At first, we only got about 2/3 of it... it took a discussion/argument with the property manager to get the whole thing. On the positive side, the company responded in full, and fairly, to our requests. On the negative side, it took a few ""reminder"" calls to make sure our concerns were met.
