I lived at 222 Melwood Avenue for 1 year. 4 months into the lease a pipe burst in the apartment above in the middle of the night. The manager came over that night and shut the water off. He told me that someone would be over the next morning to fix the leak, but I didn't beleive him. The next day was Sunday and a repairman came over and fixed everything around 8:00 in the morning. I never needed to call for any other problems, but I think they are great!
