Review content:
The Hermitage Store is a complete rip off. My mom brought her laptop there to see if they can recover her files off a failing hard drive. They told her that her computer was dead that she could pay them $50 for looking at it or she could just leave it with them (their words) because it was no good anymore but when I brought it home with me I was able to recover her files.
Instead of trying to sell her one of their insanely over priced HDD they were trying to steal her computer
My advice is to find another repair shop of find someone off craigslist they will do a better job and for cheaper price and you wont have to worry about constantly bringing their machine back because they did something wrong.
