Review content:
Broken down with a child and a not so mechanically inclined husband. Oh, and my poor dog who we were taking to the vet for surgery. Called Cricket because it was first on the GPS. The dispatcher was polite and quoted a fair fee for the tow ( we were about 30 miles from home). When I told the dispatcher about the dog, he did not hesitate to help. A few minutes later, Brian to the rescue. Compassionate, precise, professional...I could go on and on. He managed to get that tow truck into the parking lot of the vet ( no small feat!) and waited patiently for us. Brian was conversational but not intrusive on the ride home. I would recommend Cricket and Brian to anyone and everyone. You give tow companies a good name!!!
