Review content:
I ordered the ribs, my wife had pumpkin and gogonzola risotto, and my friend had meatloaf. When my ribs arrived, it instantly occurred to me that they were tough and fatty. The server recognized this himself, and admitted that they were not cooked correctly. Yet, he never offered to take them off the check. This is something that the customer should never have to beg for -- especially when the server admits that the food was not prepared correctly. Only attempt at recompense was offer of a free beer. Big deal - ribs were $17; beer is $4. I declined offer out of principle. As for ribs, I ate two and pushed the plate aside. My wife generously shared her risotto (supposed to be prepared with pinenuts and parmesan; both were noticably missing). I'm NEVER one complain about restaurant food or service, but this experience left something to be desired.
Pros: Atmosphere, Beer Selection, Menu Variety
Cons: BBQ Ribs, Service
