I avoided calling Roto-Rooter because I like to support small businesses, but from now on, I will call Roto-Rooter's Boston office! On Dec 3, 2010, I had an embarrassing mess from an overflowed toilet. I got hold of one other plumber who couldn't be there for 3 hours. Roto-Rooter sent Damian within an hour. He was so good natured about the ugly job ahead. I felt like I could trust him. He asked me what other plumbing problems I had. Well, I had avoided a couple. He took care of everything. The charge was quite reasonable. What a relief! I feel like I'm not conveying enough about how grateful I am for having Damian come into a plumber's nightmare and just being so kind and helpful. Next time I need a plumber, I will definitely call this Roto-Rooter.
