I will NEVER place an order here again. I understand not getting a refund due to the short notice of cancellation, but if you're not going to get a refund, then at least actually give the credit. I'm told I have credit, yet I can't rent the tents as shown on their site because apparently they DO NOT have tents, they have a tent contact person. Everything I wish to put my credit towards, they can't do or don't have. I can't order anything for my almost $400 I paid EXCEPT either my original order or food. I already have food ordered and I will never again need so many tables and chairs ever again....they have a serious attitude when I'm simply calling to get an even exchange of what I paid for since I won't even get at least half of a refund. Normally people wouldn't have even paid in full and THAT'S what wouldn't have been refunded so I should have been refunded AT LEAST half. I know 2 other big companies who actually use them and referred them...be sure they will lose two very big clients. Awful customer service. It's amazing the attitude and treatment you get when they're paid in full.
