Review content:
Bought a car, called to schedule service as per our sales agreement, and scheduled the service date for the following week. After driving the hour to get there and drop off the vehicle, I was informed service was very busy, and an aforementioned loaner car was not going to be available. Our salesman, and the service dept have been very pleasant and agreeable, although if I had my 'druthers, I'd prefer tolerable and effective. I give them the benefit of doubt because life happens and they've been cordial. Hopefully they have a contingency plan for next Tuesday and I can replace this review with a story of good business, and value. In regards to internet reviews, generally, I find that no news is good news. More importantly, that companies with the intent to increase sales have a habit of under-promising, and over-delivering. My other vehicle just rolled to 120k, and is due to trade-in. We'll see.
