Review content:
I have never felt compelled to write a review about any company...ever...until now. I was attempting to purchase a car (cash deal) for my daughter who fell in love with a used car on their lot (her beloved first car had been totalled in an accident). After negotiations.... which were unprofessional and unreasonably painful even for car dealerships....I returned to a higher price the next morning because, and I quote the salesman on behalf of the sales manager...""he didn't want you to think he was a liar when he gave you his bottom line yesterday"". What????? After my incredulous response they did eventually honor the original price....of course there where some extra costs we still had to go over......why was I not suprised. Against all my good judgement, I purchased the car to help heal the still fagile psyche of my daughter (we are happy with the car...so far.) I will not return and cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. I can assure the dealership however....the salesman/sales manager certainly did not sell this car to me...my daughter did....perhaps she should get the commission?
