Everyone hates buying a mattress, right? Was in the market for a new mattress and had read interesting statistics on organic alternatives. I stumbled on New Living during a google search, called, and yippie they were having a sale! The store is very comfortable and not intimidating (I'm an eco-friendly novice). Got the 411 from Adam, one of the owners, on the mattresses and he gave me space to try out all the styles. He checked back with me frequently to see if I had questions. I was never pressured into the sale. This is unheard of for mattresses and cars! The bad news, once I decided to purchase, was that I would have to wait 10 days for the mattress to be made for me. I explained that my current mattress was killing me and he kindly offered me the floor sample (had only been on floor for 10 days). Wow! Seriously? And, I got $500 off for the President's Day sale, same day delivery and more discounts and free stuff. I'm over the moon pleased with my purchase. Feel like I need to find more things to buy from the guys. Money well spent!!!!
