I don't know what happened to this guy, he use to be the best.
Now the place is filled with snobby facebook type assistants/receptionists that act as if they hate their jobs and make me feel as if I'm not welcome because they rather spend their time gossiping to each-other.
The last few times I took my kids there I noticed how short the Dr.'s assistants were becoming, but this last trip here finalized it for me.
Here is what happened....
My work requires me to have a physical and my insurance pays for them %100
I called to set up a physical and the receptionist said I didn't need another one because I just had one and I knew that. So basically she was denying me services.
So I stopped in and let them know that I needed a copy or a signature on a physical that my employer had lost and needed to get on file.
They said ""No Problem"" but the Dr is busy and you will have to come back and pick it up.
Later that day I came back and the receptionist was too busy talking to the other lady in their office about seeing so and so's facebook page before she realized I was standing at the desk.
I told her I was there to pick up a copy of a physical and she said that the Dr had not had any time to do signatures that day.
I noticed the paperwork was still sitting on the front counter where she took it from me and sat it down earlier that day with all my information on it in plain view to anyone who stood at the desk could see it. But at that time I didn't want to be rude and say anything about it. She told me they would call me the next day when it was signed.
Nearly the end of the next business day, I received no calls from that office, so I called and asked about it. At that time the receptionist stated to me that they had 48 to 72 hrs to get back to me.
Then the following day they call me to come and pick up my form and proceed to tell me that there would be a fee for picking it up.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME???
The principle here is had they been up front about the whole thing I would have taken my business somewhere else.
This is not the way you treat your patients, Me my wife and 3 children have been using Dr. Binz for over 9yrs.
Not anymore, this place has become ridiculous and petty.
I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and will go to every length to stop others from walking into that lame office.
I think Dr. Binz might be a great guy that is getting taken advantage of by his serpent-like receptionists/nurses/assistants. It just seems like too many people getting paid there for doing nothing.
Back when I first started going there there was not nearly as much staff and I was treated with courtesy & friendliness!
