Review content:
Things started well with a visit to the Manchester store but went downhill from there. We ordered two types of tiles for the bathroom, one for the shower walls and another for the bathroom floor. When the wall tiles arrived three of four boxes had broken tiles in them. Approximately half of the tiles ordered were broken in the box. A replacement box was ordered since the installer could use some of the broken tiles for partial pieces. All of tiles in this box were broken or chipped. Another box was ordered along with 5 replacement pieces, all but 7 of the 25 tiles were chipped. We gave up at this point and finished with chipped tiles. The store refused to provide any refund and is still trying to come up with a set of undamaged tiles that we don't need at this point. It may take years.
