They deserve NO rating! Not only unprofessional, but unacceptable behavior by any man who gets in my daughter's face as did the owner/manager of this so-called upscale store. If a customer is not happy, it's your job to make them happy, not belittle them or argue with them. I am completely disgusted at how my daughter was treated and will never recommend this retailer. Had I been there and witnessed what took place, formal complaints would have been filed. These people are nothing more than rude swindlers.
