This could not possibly be our customer. First of all, we have a reputation in the city for the best prices and service. Second, we never give quotes over the phone. There is no way to know how much something like this will cost, kind of like when your car breaks down and you have to take it to the mechanics to check out. This is why we come out and give free estimates and demonstrations. Taking the rugs away does not mean that we will do a better job for a cheaper price. Some of the rug we cannot clean at home. For example natural colours rugs, silk, and many kinds of wool cannot be done in house. Also, we have never completed a job in 15 minutes. In fact, we wish we could! If we broke a picture frame, we would gladly reimburse the money for it. And last but not least, all of our customers know that if they are not satisfied with the service (ie stains are still there), we always come out and re-do the job free of charge until the customer is satisfied.
