I had 3 nice oriental rugs and two runners that I wanted to have cleaned after I moved to the city. I called a bunch of places for an estimate, and they all gave me one price on the phone and a different price at my home. I don't like this kind of sales pitch, but when I called Flat Rate Carpet they told me honestly that they would come to my home BEFORE they give me a price. The man who came to my home was very nice, and he gave me a price that was less than the other cleaners. I sent him away to think about having them cleaned, and they didn't charge me anything, or pressure me at all. The next day I called and someone came over right away to get my rugs. Less than two weeks later they were back in my home, in great condition.
