Review content:
I have been stranded three times with their return delivery service. There have been a number of problems in receiving my rugs after cleaning: ""We have two appointment systems and you were in the wrong one"", the traffic is too heavy to deliver, our driver had a personal emergency. They do not call if they are running late and do not honor their own set times. I would not use them again.
Pros: Well documented transaction
Cons: Poor Customer Service and Terrible Return Delivery
