At first I was hesitant because they didn't want to give me a quote over the phone, but I took the free estimate anyway thinking in the least I would receive a free consultation and know more details as to how I should go about cleaning my carpets. The technician was well mannered and took his time to explain all the different treatments available. I decided to green light the service, and he did a wonderful job. My carpets look spectacular.
