This is a dining experience that every Metro Detroiter should enjoy. Andiamo Riverfront is a sleek, stylish restaurant with 5 -star service, delicious food Andiamo is known for, and a breathtaking view of the Detroit River. I have been there a few different times, casually before a Red Wings game, on Friday night date with my husband, and with a large group of friends. Each time the service was fabulous and friendly. It's evident servers take pride in thier job and are very professional - with out being stuffy! The food was classic Andiamo - big bowls of homemade pasta in palmina sauce, perfect filets with the buttery Zip sauce, delicious appetizers (portabella mushroom is my favorite!) and the chocolate Kit Kat dessert!!! The view of the Canadian skyline was breathtaking, if not extremely romantic. It has a real ""downtown chic"" feel mixed with the Andiamo touch that everyone should take part in. Valet is easy and readily available. A true jewel in city of Detroit. Great Job!!!
