Awesome food and above average service! I would highly recommend their orange chicken. The decor is up beat! If you want quality food, and willing to spend the money for it; this place rocks! All they need now, is a parking lot. But then again, this is Downtown Los Angeles. You'll always have me as a customer! Thumbs up Liliya China Bistro! You're the bomb!
