Tried them because they use a method of cleaning that is different than I ever had used before. They scheduled a cleaning time and arrived 15 minutes early. That amazed me! The service men were very professional and even taught me a few things about my carpeting. When they started I watched as I was interested in this new way of cleaning. I couldn't believe my eyes as I saw the carpet come back to life. It was almost a miracle to see the bad spots dissappear. They were very neat and put all furniture back as if they knew the exact space it was at. When they left I felt really satisfied and proud that I made the right decision. I cannot say enough about that new way of cleaning our carpets. The service men called it the
