Review content:
Enquired about switching my auto and home over to this company. Sat down with the rep and went over my current policy(ies) so as to compare apples to apples. I was supposed to get the quote the next morning. Didn't happen. No phone call - nothing. I called to see where the quote was, and got the ""oh, we're so busy; so-and-so is on vacation; blah blah blah"" Pft. Really? Then dont tell me you'll have the quote the next day if it's not true. To make a long story short - it's been a month and I have yet to receive the quote for my auto. Wow...
do not recommend.
