Review content:
I often travel to Spokane from Seattle for business and to visit my best friend. We never miss an opportunity to dine at Wild Sage. Since it opened I always return for the classic Liver & Onions (this aint Grandma's liver & onions). I also love the calamari with house made kim chi. The hand crafted cocktails are the best anywhere. Try the one with persimmon infused gin and cucumber! I dream of that one. Other favorites are the seasonal choices of fish. Always something interesting that I haven't tried before. I love the attention to seasonal ingredients. I also really appreciate that Chef Alexis chooses only the freshest, in season ingredients. A real farm to table experience. Pros: everything! Cons: It's not in Seattle, down the street from my house! I have to drive 4 hours to go there.
