Today, 11/5/12, I went in for lunch at the fayetteville location and everything was going smooth until I found a hair in my green bean. When I took it back to the counter for exchange the line server took the hair out and said I dont know who this hair belongs too. I was appauled because last I checked you could not tell DNA by looking at a strand of hair. I did not cause scene all I asked for was the rib tips minus the veggies. Upon finishing my meat I asked for a small carry out tray and when the waitress brought me one there was a long strand of hair on the baggie,so after pointing it out she brought another and this time another hair was inside the carry out. I was done at this point. I left with a .51 cent refund from a rib tip dinner (9.99) to a rib tip basket (price unknown). To all the This is It lovers...ENjoy your meal hair and all!
