Review content:
As it turns out, rather than have a salesperson out visiting companies and building relationships that create temp and contract jobs, they only search for jobs posted online, then search for resumes posted online and try to make a match. Hell, I can do that! They contacted me after viewing my resume on Monster. I dressed-up to go in and find that these folks have no network in place...only one email address for the entire office of one receptionist (who hates us), and one ""seasoned"" H.R. woman who will tell you up-front that she doesn't understand computers and doesn't plan on learning. Yet she is in place to pass judgement on our skills. I filled-out paperwork for over an hour using a dinky clipboard while seated in a tired, old uncomfortable chair in their dingy front office. When I was called into the office of ""H.R. Woman"" she described the job and was emphatic that she couldn't tell me who or where the client was...then left the room to make copies leaving a copy of the job (that was printed straight from the net) visible on her desk. It didn't take much to find that on my home computer and see that Hire Connections had no connection to that company. Really, don't waste your time, your gas, your wardrobe prepping for these low-tech clowns. They provide no follow-through (although I did follow-up with them), and have no relationships with hiring managers at any companies.
Pros: Nope!
Cons: No True Jobs Available
