Review content:
I would not recommend anyone that I know move in to Parkwood Apartments. (1) The apartment was in absolute horrible shape when we moved in but we had already signed the contract before viewing the exact apartment we were going to live in. The walls were NOT painted. They had scuff marks, spilled food/drinks, knife holes throughout the whole apartment. The toilet was broken, dishwasher didn't work and had nasty, old water sitting in the bottom of it. The kitchen cabinets were falling apart. The windows would not latch/lock/close all the way. (2) The maintenance did not know what they were doing and never fully fixed the problems. (3) The walls are EXTREMELY thin. You hear EVERYTHING that your neighbor is doing(conversations, walking, radio, tv, etc.).(4) Parking was limited due to broken down vehicles being parked/worked on. Many people had flat tires all the time from the debris of the broken down vehicles. (5) When we moved out of the apartment due to my husband's deployment, we gave them the 30 day notice and still received a bill for ""Insufficient Notice Penalty Charge"" on top of other fees which still haven't been explained to me. Pros: Close to Post Cons: everything else
